Ruby Lace

These are part of a new collection I have been working on . I love working with textiles and I collect bits of old lace on my travels. Its Irish Lace that is worked into the surface of silver with a beautiful bright ruby . The ruby has a lovely colour.
The shape is organic and they differ not quite round not quite oval. This is a brushed finish and can be made in any finish. They look amazing blackened. Like little bits of found treasure. Can be made with any gemstone as well.
